We require a minimum 48 hours to reschedule or to cancel the appointment. If notice is not provided, you will be subject to cancelation fee
- Rescheduling is allowed once, after that, a new deposit will be required to secure any further appointments.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, vitamin injections, biostimulators, or packages) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
